Please attach a brief spreadsheet showing funds awarded, and the expenditure of the funds. Any funds not spent by June 30th must be returned to Undergraduate Education, extensions are not granted. For each expenditure You should include the Item Description, Quantity, Amount Requested, Amount Spent. Summarize at the end the total, and if there are any funds left over.
