If you purchased any equipment, please remember that this is the property of the university. The equipment should turned in to your faculty mentor or departmental budget person. Please indicate who the equipment was submitted to (name, department, email).
Please attach a brief spreadsheet showing funds awarded, and the expenditure of the funds. Any funds not spent by June 30th must be returned to Undergraduate Education, extensions are not granted. For each expenditure You should include the Item Description, Quantity, Amount Requested, Amount Spent. Summarize at the end the total, and if there are any funds left over. (See information on website for specific formatting).
