Thank you for your interest in having College Corps Fellows serve at your event! This request form will take about 5 minutes to complete. We will need the following information: 
- Event details (date, time, location)
- Description of volunteer duties
- Volunteer shift times (if you are allowing multiple shifts per event, or if you require Fellows to be present for the entirety for an event)
- Event promotional materials (photos, flyers, videos), if any
- Volunteer sign-up deadline
